Smithland, KY – Attorneys for a man charged in a Trigg County triple homicide don't want jurors to see photographs of injuries to three children their client is accused of killing. Kevin Wayne Dunlap's lawyers filed a motion on Friday asking that the photographs be kept out of the trial because they would be inflammatory and prejudicial. Dunlap allegedly raped and stabbed Kristy Frensley and killed her three children, before setting fire to their Trigg County home in the fall of 2008.
