Datebook: October 30 - The Bell Witch, Paducah Counts!, Doggie Day Spa

Meet at the fountain of Little River Park in Hopkinsville to hear the haunting account of a poltergeist-like spirit who terrorized the family of John Bell in nearby Adams, Tennessee. "PADUCAH COUNTS!", a children’s numbers and art book, officially debuts at Saturday night’s performance of the Paducah Symphony Orchestra. Paducah-related topics were identified for numbers 1-25, and local artists created illustrations to accompany each number. The book launch starts at 6 at the Carson Center. There’s a Doggie Day Spa this Saturday from 9 to 2 at Carman Animal Health Center. Proof of current rabies vaccination is required to participate. Dogs can receive baths, ear cleanings, and nail trimmings. Microchipping is also available. For more information, visit forthepets.org.
