The Nature Station at Land Between the Lakes invites kids to make animal snowflakes tomorrow from 11 to 1. Several different patterns are provided, allowing kids to cut out a colorful snowflake with an animal design hidden in its folds. The craft is free with admission to the Nature Station.
The Yeiser Art Center in Paducah hosts a kids’ craft workshop for ages 7 to 10 next Saturday, December 5, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. The workshop is taught by Kathy Knotts and features four projects for children to take home, including a snow globe, two ornaments, and a holiday greeting card. All supplies and materials are included in the class fee. Pre-registration is required.
The Murray State University BA/BS Fall 2015 Senior Art Show is on exhibit through December 4 in the Clara M. Eagle Upper Gallery. Featured artists in graphic design and painting are Elizabeth Carman, Eric Daniels, Rachel Ramsey, Ramsey Foster, and Ryan Wynne. The show is open to the public.
