There’s a Murray Community Thanksgiving Dinner tomorrow. A non-denominational worship service starts at 11, and the dinner is from 11:30 to 1 at the Murray Banquet Center. This year’s dinner is hosted by Soup for the Soul. Volunteers and donations are needed.
The Kappa Department of the Murray Woman's Club holds the 35th Annual Holiday Tour of Homes on this Sunday afternoon from 1 to 4. The tour features the Adair/Simmons home, the Erwin home, the Higgins House, and the Pearson home. Tickets are available at the Murray- Calloway County Chamber of Commerce and from all Kappa members.
Land Between the Lakes hosts its First Chance Eagle Viewing Tour this Saturday from 1:30 to 4:30. The first van tour of the season visits eagle-viewing hotspots, where naturalists help visitors spot eagles and other wildlife, as well as zoom in with spotting scopes for a closer look. Registration is limited, with reservations and full deposits required. Dress for the weather.
