Datebook: November 18 - Wellness Works, Spanish Civil War, Senior Commodities

Murray-Calloway County Hospital's Wellness Works program offers a free community health screening Thursday morning from 6 to 11 at the Center for Health and Wellness. The event includes blood pressure, body mass index, waist circumference, pulmonary function, osteoporosis heel scan, and blood sugar screenings. For more information, call (270) 762-1348.

The Mayfield-Graves County Needline and Food Pantry holds its monthly senior citizens commodities distribution Friday morning from 8 to 10. The commodities are for local senior citizens, 60 years or older, who have signed up for and been approved for the program. For more information or to find out if you qualify, call (270) 247-6333.
