The Murray Art Guild holds its annual Holiday Sale this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at the Robert O. Miller Conference Center. The annual event includes ceramics, jewelry, quilts, book arts, fiber arts, graphic design posters, woodwork, and more by over twenty artists and craftsmen. Sale hours are Friday from 4 to 7, Saturday from 8 to 4, and Sunday from noon to 4.
The Woodlands Nature Station at Land Between the Lakes hosts Cub Scout Day this Saturday from 10 to 3. The day includes programs on hiking, tree identification, mapping, bird observation, and more. All activities and events are open to everyone with admission to the Nature Station.
The Paducah Tilghman High School Choral Department presents “Shrek The Musical” this Saturday at 2:30 and 7:30 and Sunday at 2:30 in the school auditorium. Shrek and Donkey embark on a quest to rescue Princess Fiona from a fire-breathing, lovesick dragon. The show features Tilghman students and a live professional orchestra.
