An art installation titled “ONE COMMUNITY, one life” opens this Sunday afternoon at 3 at the Pinecone Gallery in Paducah. The installation is a collection of life masks of people of all ages, from 3 ½ to 99. The installation remains on display at the gallery until May 31st.
The Murray State University Department of Art & Design presents the 2015 Annual Art Auction tomorrow night from 6 to 9. The event features works of art from faculty, students, alumni, and local artists. The auction is the primary fundraising event to provide art students with scholarships. The silent auction begins at 6, and the live auction starts at 7.
