The Kentucky Arts Council is accepting applications for the Al Smith Individual Artist Fellowship and the Emerging Artist Award. The current application cycle is open to writers of fiction, nonfiction, poetry, screenplays, and plays. Entrants are judged on artistic excellence and professional achievement.
