The Missoula Children’s Theatre presents “The Jungle Book” on January 31st at the Alhambra Theatre in Hopkinsville. The play is a musical adaptation of the classic tale by Rudyard Kipling. Area children are needed for the cast and are invited to audition on Tuesday, January 26, at 4 p.m. at Belmont Elementary.
The Gentry House in Murray is a transitional shelter that helps homeless families who may have suffered from domestic violence or lost jobs. They’re currently seeking donations of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, cleaning supplies, pots and pans, and kitchen utensils. Monetary donations are also appreciated, and volunteer opportunities are available.
