The Paducah/McCracken Town Hall Meeting 2014 is titled "Not My Child: A Community Discussion about Underage Drinking." The meeting is tonight from 7 to 8 in the Baptist Health Heart Center Auditorium. The public is invited to attend.
Stephen Wiggin, organist at Grace Church in Hopkinsville, performs the first in a series of Music at Midday organ recitals this Thursday at noon at the church. The program is approximately 15 minutes long and features music by J.S. Bach on the church's historic Estey pipe organ. The program is free and open to the public.
The second annual Gentry House Derby Party is this Saturday at 2 at the Murray Banquet Center. The party features a silent auction, appetizers, a cash bar, derby trivia, and a “best hat” and “best dressed gent” contest.
