Datebook: April 10 - Justice 5K Run/Walk, Dinner with Martha Washington, Back-Pack Food Program

There’s a “Justice Run Against Child Abuse” 5K run/walk on Saturday, April 18th at 5 p.m. on the WKCTC campus. Registration, packet pick-up, and the start and finish line are at the Anderson Technical Building. All proceeds go to Child Watch for the prevention and treatment of child abuse. 

Twilight Theatre Productions presents "Dinner with Martha Washington" on Saturday, April 18, at 6 p.m. at Kenlake State Resort Park. The event features recipes from Martha Washington’s cookbook, and President Washington may be in attendance if his schedule permits. Colonial costumes are welcome. Reservations required by April 15 at (270) 436-2399.

The Need Line Back-Pack Children’s Food Program seeks donations of fruit snacks, fruit cups, pudding cups, juice boxes, single serve cereal boxes, granola bars, apple sauce cups, cheese & crackers, Poptarts, and vegetable juice boxes. To help with the program, call 270-753-6333.
