Datebook 3/11: Spring Style Show, High School Ag, Young Masters Exhibit

The Sigma Department of the Murray Woman’s Club holds its Spring Style Show this Sunday afternoon from 3 to 4:30 at the clubhouse. The show features items from local stores and boutiques, and the event includes door prizes and a dessert plate. Tickets are available at the door, with proceeds benefiting Special Olympics.

The Calloway County Conservation Office invites high school seniors who will be majoring in agriculture or related fields of natural resources conservation and college students in similar fields to apply for scholarships. Applications are available at the conservation office or from local high school guidance offices. The deadline to apply is March 22.

The Pennyroyal Arts Council presents a Youth Art Month exhibit titled “Young Masters,” on display through March 30th at the Hopkinsville Community College Auditorium Gallery. The exhibit includes pencil drawings, watercolors, collages, and photography by elementary, middle, and high school students in Christian County.
