Murray, KY – Gina Winchester is the outgoing staff regent on Murray State's Board of Regents, representing over 900 MSU staff members. She is succeeded by Phil Schooley, who works in the university's Telecommunications Systems Management department. Winchester spoke with Casey Northcutt about her time on the board, and what's next.
