Paducah, KY – A foreclosure lawsuit on the Executive Inn could be filed soon. The Paducah-McCracken County Convention Center board met in a closed session yesterday. Chairman Jim Sigler says he expects to file for foreclosure in quote days not weeks. The board owns the convention center, as well as the land the hotel sits on. They claim the Executive Inn's closure voids the lease agreements, which gives it rights to the hotel.
