Clarksville, TN – As housing markets nationwide dig themselves out of the economic recession, a 19-state research study finds Clarksville, Tennessee's is the most robust. Researchers predict more housing starts and closings in Montgomery County for next year than any other mid-state county in its research area. The Clarksville Leaf Chronicle reports over 1,300 homes in the county will sell next year. Beyond that, the number of building permits issued in the county this year has increased sharply over last year by 150.
