Paris, TN – A Clarksville Police officer was arrested on a DUI charge in Henry County early Wednesday morning. 27-year-old Richard Leese was arrested after allegedly wrecking a truck into a yard along Macedonia Road. After failing a field sobriety test, he refused a breathalyzer and was charged with violation of implied consent and driving under the influence. The Paris Post Intelligencer reports Leese is scheduled to appear later next month in Henry County General Sessions Court.
