Clarksville, TN – Clarksville, Tennessee City Councilors have voted to allocate almost a quarter-million dollars to fund studies used in the development of its 20-year master plan. The studies are expected to target a range of diverse areas, including transportation, housing and even entertainment. The Clarksville Leaf Chronicle reports the plan is being championed by Mayor Johnny Piper, who says it will steer growth instead of allow it to happen haphazardly. Clarksville-based BLF Marketing is expected to spearhead the research.
