Clarksville, TN – A Clarksville man was found guilty yesterday in Montgomery County Court of killing a toddler. 36-year-old Timothy Diggs, Senior will spend at least 51 years in prison for beating 22-month-old Christopher Andre Nicholson, who died from blunt force injuries two years ago. Judge Mike Jones found Diggs guilty of felony murder and aggravated child abuse following a two-day trial. Automatic sentencing makes Diggs eligible for parole in 2060. Those figures could change as a sentencing hearing is scheduled for early September.
