Christian County Schools Moving on Search for New Superintendent
By Chad Lampe
The Christian County Board of Education is finalizing search a committee as they look for a new superintendent.
Last month the board did not renew current superintendent Brady Link’s contract. Christian County Schools spokesperson Heather Aubin says they’ve placed ads for the position in various publications and they are still awaiting the appointments of two teachers, a classified representative and a parent to the search committee. Aubin says the district plans to hire a new superintendent by June 22nd.
The district is also seeking public input on characteristics required for the job through a survey. The link is highlighted in yellow near the top of the page.
