Murray, KY – A Calloway County Grand Jury will decide next month whether or not to indict one of the two men facing felony child pornography charges. 33-year-old Robert Cates and 29-year-old David Morris each face two counts of possession after police searched their home on Pottertown Road, finding computers they say contained the pornography. The Paducah Sun reports Cates waived his preliminary hearing and a grand jury will hear the case in mid-February. Judge Randall Hutchens has granted Morris a continuance on his preliminary hearing until January 27th.
