A Cadiz man is charged with multiple counts of sex crimes involving minors. 43-year-old Billy Addison was arrested yesterday (Thursday).
Kentucky State Police received information from the National Center for Exploited and Missing Children regarding suspicious internet activity involving Addison. He is charged with one count of sexual abuse of a minor under 12, one count of promoting a sexual performance by a minor under 16 and eight counts of possessing or viewing matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.
He is held at the Christian County Detention Center. The investigation is ongoing.
