Blanchfield Army Community Hospital Offers Audio Appointments

The Blanchfield Army Community Hospital in Fort Campbell is now offering audio appointments in an effort to improve the delivery of care to beneficiaries. 

The Army Medical Homes primary care service allows patients to address medical concerns with a provider at a scheduled time over the phone as opposed to in-person appointments.

Audio Appointment Symptoms

  • Seasonal Allergies
  • Burns, minor
  • Constipation
  • Cough
  • Cold Symptoms
  • Diarrhea
  • Follow up for Emergency Room visit in past two weeks at BACH
  • Nausea
  • Nasal Congestion
  • Painful/Frequent Urination
  • Possible pink eye (itchy, watery, irritated, red eyes with possible discharge)
  • Sore Throat
  • Vaginal Yeast Symptoms (irritation, thick/white discharge, 16 years or older)
  • Vomiting

If a provider is unable to address the concern over the phone, they will coordinate a time to meet with the patient.
Audio appointments are not available for children under two, adults over 65, chronic illnesses, immunocompromised, wheezing or bleeding.
