Gilbertsville, KY – Governor Steve Beshear will give the keynote address at a luncheon today in western Kentucky. Beshear is the featured speaker at the Labor Management Luncheon held at the Kentucky Dam Village Convention Center. The Governor plans to encourage cooperation and collaboration between unions and management, and more attention to labor issues at the state level. Beshear is also speaking this morning in Madisonville at the Judge-Executive/Mayor Prayer Breakfast.
