[Audio, Slideshow] Knew HARPer Band Headlines Harper Music and Food Festival

Wayne Harper speaks with Austin Carter on Sounds Good about the Harper Music and Food Festival coming up July 30 in Cadiz.

Harper says the festival is a family event with activities for all ages. There will be a corn hole tournament and a barbecue cook-off with cash prizes. There are still openings to join the contests. There are also vendor spots available.

Harper says his nephew’s business, Harper Guitars, is donating a Harper Custom GT Classic guitarworth $3,500 to be raffled. Raffle tickets for the guitar are $20. There will also be a display of Harper Guitars.

Music starts at 2:00 p.m. Four bands will perform, concluding with Harper’s band Knew HARPer Band. The concerts are free.

We really have a group of musicians that could be on stage anywhere in the country… So the quality of music, the quality of food is very important. Anybody that comes is going to have a great time,” Harper said.
