Arrests Made in Amish/Mennonite Burglaries

Cerulean, KY – Kentucky State Police have made arrests in connection to a string of burglaries in Amish and Mennonites communities in Christian and Todd Counties. Yesterday detectives arrested 18-year-old Levell Washington of Cerulean after responding to a robbery in progress and tracking the suspects to Washington's home. Investigators also arrested three juveniles. All are charged with burglary and robbery and remain in custody. Detectives recovered several firearms, as well as some of the stolen money. The investigation is ongoing and police expect more arrests.
