Kentucky State Police have made an arrest in the Calloway County quadruple homicide that occurred last week.
Twenty-one-year-old PascasioArellano of Mayfield faces the following charges:
- Murder, four counts
- 1st degree burglary, one count
- 1st degree arson, one count
- Tampering with physical evidence, one count
Arellano allegedly shot and killed his relatives, Marisol Hernandez and BulmaroArellano, in their Murray home. He allegedly started a fire to cover up the incident.
Police found the bodies of two children inside the home, a 5-year-old boy and 18-month-old girl. Both children are believed to have succumbed to smoke inhalation.
Pascasio Arellano remains in the Calloway County Jail as the investigation continues.
