Kala Dunn is a native of Princeton, Ky. She’s a 2006 graduate of the Interlochen Arts Academy with a concentration in flute performance and a 2010 graduate of Murray State University with a B.M. in piano performance. Her hobbies include yoga, kayaking, reading, running, and listening to music. She lives in Hamlin, Ky.

Hopkinsville organist Stephen Wiggin performs Thursday at noon at Grace Episcopal Church in Hopkinsville. The 15-minute performance is the last of the season’s Music at Midday series. The free program includes music by Samuel Barber, Johannes Brahms, and Dietrich Buxtehude.

Baskhaus radio group celebrates its official launch tomorrow night at 7 at Holmes Restaurant, located on Hwy. 641 North in Murray. The independent storytelling radio group hosts the event, which features interactive art projects, an interview corner, and other audio games. The public is invited to attend. The Murray Art Guild holds its Holiday Sale this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at the Miller Conference Center, located at 201 South 4th Street. The sale features book arts, jewelry, ceramics, willow furniture, handspun yarns, paintings, and more. There’s a preview party on Friday from 4 to 7.
