Basketball Coach Jailed on Burglary Charges

Murray, Ky – A regional high school basketball coach is being held in the Graves County jail on three counts of burglary. Graves County High School's girls basketball coach James B. Forthman admitted to entering a residence three times and stealing prescription medications. Graves County Deputy Dwayne Redmond says Forthman faces Class-C felony charges. Forthman's bond is set at 30-thousand dollars.

Tax Prep

Louisville, KY – According to Department of Revenue Manager of Training Gayle Fields, about 80 percent of Kentuckians have already filed their tax returns. Most of them did it online.


"I think more people filed earlier in anticipation of a refund. I can't say for sure it's a record because I don't have access numbers. But I think that overall, we are probably up to what we have done in the past or ahead definitely ahead electronically."
