Governor Jay Nixon established the program to provide water after declaring Missouri in a State of Emergency. The aid totals close to 19 million dollars and covers 90 percent of emergency water projects on farms. Seven Harrisburg residents died after a powerful tornado hit Feb. 29. Gregg says he plans to mMayor ove quickly to get FEMA&#39;s decision appealed. Governor Beshear issued the first-ever executive order of this kind, which also allows residents of counties that were declared in a state of emergency to receive emergency refills.
