State economist Manoj Shanker says the over 21,000 jobs added shows Kentucky&rsquo;s economy has made strides in recovering from the recession. Job sectors that saw significant growth were temporary professional services; trade, transportation, and utilities; and education and health, while the construction and information sectors saw little growth.
