Futurist Ivan Potter is also the publisher of West Kentucky Journal, an online publication, and in a <a href="http://www.westkyjournal.com/news.php?viewStory=4748">recent article</a>,&nbsp;<span style="line-height: 1.5;">he writes that even though this possible reclassification has slipped under most people’s radar, it could have far-ranging effects.
