Kayser Automotive Systems USA plans to establish a manufacturing facility in Fulton, creating 121 jobs and investing more than $17.5 million in the project. The company is a subsidiary of Germany-based A. Kayser Automotive Systems GmbH.</p><p>The operation will be Kayser’s first plant in the United States. The company’s decision to locate in Kentucky follows Gov. Beshear’s visit with Kayser officials during an economic development trip to Germany in January. The community project began in May 2010 to revitalize the appearance of the Twin Cities to attract new businesses. Volunteers have met for two summers to restore buildings and plant landscaping.</p><p>Fulton resident Jeff Campbell has been involved with the project since it started.
