Deputies pursued 27-year-old Jerry Page at speeds over 100 miles-per-hour after receiving complaints of reckless driving. Kentucky State Police reported the car Page was driving was also involved in a motor-vehicle hit and run in Marshall County. Deputies reported Page’s car spun out and stopped, allowing them to arrest him. Sheriff Dewayne Redmon says 35 year old Terry Patterson was wanted for a non-violent warrant when he shot at the deputy, then led him on a 90 mile per hour chase through Kaler, Kentucky. Redmon says Patterson then pulled into a driveway and barricaded himself in his car for an hour. He says Patterson eventually disarmed himself and was arrested.
